Our inspection report can present your home ideally by identifying any areas of concern, we will offer recommendations which can be attended to before they become an issue and delay the selling process. This will help you to obtain the home’s maximum price.

Written Pre-Sale Inspection Report

Our completed report will be emailed to you directly and we also include a hardcopy which is a nicely bound document which can be presented during open homes should you wish to share with your potential purchasers.

The report is fully comprehensive and ‘to the point’, in plain, easy to understand terms. It is not a tick box report, it is relevant to the home being inspected.

On Site Inspections

Our thorough inspection usually takes between one and a half, and two hours on site. However, we allow a maximum two hours for our standard pre purchase inspections. You are very welcome to be present at the inspection and we also offer the inspector’s contact details should you wish to discuss any of the contents of the report/findings.

Leaky Buildings

We have been involved with ‘leaky buildings’ for a number of years and are fully aware of all the issues and indicative signs. We have the latest moisture detection equipment, enabling us to gauge the moisture content of the framing and establish the performance of the cladding

Prompt Payment Discount

We offer a prompt payment discount for same day payment for our pre purchase inspections.

Payments can be arranged easily via direct credit or cheque – please note we do not accept credit card payment.

Minor Dwelling Inspections

Please note that our inspections do not include the inspection of any minor dwellings etc on the property. However, it does include the associated garage. If minor dwelling inspections are required as well as the main dwelling this can be arranged as an additional (time and price); please ensure this is mentioned on booking.
