Verbal Inspection
If you do not require a written report, we can arrange a verbal inspection at a reduced rate for added peace of mind.
Our verbal inspections involve the same thorough assessment as a standard building inspection; however, findings are discussed directly with you on-site or over the phone rather than provided in a written report.
Our inspection may include:
- General construction and overall condition
- Non-invasive moisture testing using a capacitance meter
- Foundations and subfloor areas
- Roof exterior and ceiling space
- Insulation
- Exterior cladding
- Windows and joinery
- Visible plumbing and drainage
- Accessible surrounding areas, including driveways and garages
You will have the opportunity to discuss any concerns or findings directly with the inspector during or after the inspection.
