- Please note that prices quoted are subject to a residential dwelling with a floor area under 300m2 and does not include any minor dwellings/sleep outs/units/sheds etc. that are on the property – further time is required for such inspections and will incur additional fees.
- For commercial buildings please contact the office for a quote.
- Discounts available for multiple inspections.
- Cancellation of a booked inspection within 24 hours will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee payable to Eden Pacific NZ Ltd.
- Standard inspection charges generally apply to Auckland suburbs excluding the following which will incur additional travel allowance which can be discussed at booking, please enquire.
- Waiheke Island
- North of the Johnstones Hill tunnel
- South of Drury
- East of Clevedan
- North West of Helensville
- Lodging compliance reports is not included in inspection fees and is the responsibility of client. Please verify current fees with your Council.
